Confidentiality

VATES Medical Translation Agency attaches great importance to the confidentiality of all information on projects, the document and project content with customer satisfaction principle, in order to protect our clients' commercial rights and interests. If requested, we have “Service Agreement” with our customers. Although issues related to confidentiality are included in our “Service Agreement”, an additional and/or special "Confidentiality Agreement" proposed by the customers or prepared by us can also be signed. A “Confidentiality Agreement” between VATES Medical Translation Agency and its employees is also signed.
