In VATES Medical Translation Agency first the text from the customer is examined and then the information on cost of translation and the date of final delivery are submitted to the customer. Upon the receipt of the notification from the customer, translation is performed by the team of professional translators who have worked in several international and national pharmaceutical companies. A boutique translation service is given using the terminology set forth by Republic of Turkey, Ministry of Health, Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (TMMDA) along with the terms requested by the customer.

Translated text is checked in terms of terminology, content integrity and grammar by our editors specialized in the field of medical (proofreading & editing). Checked and corrected texts are prepared in the format requested by the customer and delivered until predetermined date. After the delivery of text, feedback from customer is received and stored in a database to ensure consistency in subsequent projects.
